2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

2.2 While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and offer the option to reconfirm your booking at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

2.3 Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

3. Booking & Cancellations

3.1 Bookings can be made through our website or authorized agents.

3.2 A full refund is available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

3.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

3.4 In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

4. Changes & Cancellations by Us

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel or modify cruises due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 If we cancel a cruise, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4.3 We are not liable for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations or changes beyond the cruise fare.

5. Responsibilities & Liability

5.1 Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by our crew.

5.2 We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the cruise.

5.3 Participation in activities is at your own risk. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

5.4 We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

6. Conduct

6.1 We reserve the right to refuse service or remove passengers who exhibit disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6.2 No refunds will be issued to passengers removed for misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Atlantis N Paphos Cruises and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
